Freddie Mac released it's weekly Primary Mortgage Market Survey Thursday, April 26th showing average fixed mortgage rates finding new all-time record lows, continuing to help keep homebuyer affordability high.
- 30-Year fixed rate mortgage averaged 3.84%, down from 3.88% last week and 4.71% one year ago
- 15-Year fixed rate mortgage averaged 3.07%, down from 3.12% last week and 3.89% one year ago
